Get to Know Aubrey Maldonado

Hey there! I’m a real estate agent in the Colorado Springs area. I’ve been assisting buyers, sellers, and investors since 2020. Clients and colleagues have described me as professional, knowledgeable, caring, and detail-oriented. I’m a problem solver with an unrelenting desire to support my clients in achieving their real estate goals.

As a former military wife, I can provide support and problem-solving when orders come your way. After moving at least 17 times in the past 30-some years of my life, I have a unique perspective and understanding of the intricacies involved with relocation–even if it’s just packing boxes.

Being a real estate investor and property owner has taught me the importance of selecting a property for the right price in the right location. Knowing the type of lifestyle, location, and property my clients desire is an important part of the process.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked in marketing and advertising as a graphic designer, social media strategist, and website designer. My experience in marketing and design assists in gaining maximum exposure for my clients’ property listings and selling them for the best possible price.

When I’m not meeting with clients, you can probably find me riding horses; baking sourdough; hiking trails with my husband; feeding my ducks and geese; or playing with my dogs, Alice and Annie.
